Who we are

DealCommish is run by Bramblebee Studio LLC, a limited liability company in Ohio, United States (“we”). You can reach us at hello@dealcommish.com. DealCommish is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pipedrive.

The free calculator

The calculator runs in your browser. The file you load is never uploaded to us. It's provided free and as-is: check the results before you pay anyone, because we can't accept responsibility for payouts made from them.

The launch list

If you give us your email, we'll send you news about DealCommish, including when it launches. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Founding members

Founding spots aren't open yet, so there's nothing to buy today. These terms apply to anyone who takes one once they are.

• Who you're buying from: Bramblebee Studio LLC (Ohio, United States) makes DealCommish and is who you deal with about the product itself. The sale itself goes through Stripe's Managed Payments, which makes Link, LLC the merchant of record: it takes the payment, collects any tax, and is the name on your receipt. Anything about DealCommish — what it does, your spot, your founding price — comes to hello@dealcommish.com.
• What you pay now: a one-time $40, plus any sales tax or VAT. That's your first month of the up-to-5-reps plan at the founding price, paid in advance. It isn't an extra fee.
• Tax: Stripe works out, collects and remits any sales tax or VAT due where you are, so the total at checkout can be more than $40. The $40 is what reaches us and what your prepayment is worth; the tax isn't ours and isn't part of your founding price.
• What the purchase includes: your founding price for as long as your subscription stays active, your first month of DealCommish prepaid once it launches, and a place in the first group given access. It doesn't include any custom work, and it isn't a share in the business.
• Your price: $40/month for up to 5 reps (regularly $59) or $69/month for up to 15 (regularly $99), at least 30% off, for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel, the founding price ends and isn't restored if you subscribe again.
• Limited spots: the offer is limited to the first 50 founding payments, one per company.
• When billing starts: when DealCommish launches, your prepayment covers your first month. Monthly billing at your founding price starts after that, and you can cancel at any time.
• Refunds before launch: you can ask for a full refund of your founding payment at any time before launch, for any reason, by emailing us or by asking Link, LLC support, whose details are on your receipt. It goes back to the card you paid with, tax included, and your spot returns to the pool. Because Stripe is the merchant of record it can also refund a purchase itself, within 60 days, without asking us first.
• If we're late: if DealCommish isn't live on the Pipedrive Marketplace by March 31, 2027, we'll refund every founding payment in full automatically, unless you've told us you'd rather keep your spot.
• Refunds after launch: Full refund any time before DealCommish launches, and within 30 days after your first billed month begins. Email hello@dealcommish.com to request one. Refunds are issued through Link, LLC.
• Payments: handled by Stripe, Inc. through Managed Payments, with Link, LLC as the merchant of record reselling DealCommish to you. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us, and we never see or store them. Stripe emails the receipt, shows the purchase as sold through Link, LLC, and handles card disputes. Your name, email and the amount paid are all we receive.
• On your statement: the charge appears as LINK.COM*, followed by our business name, because Link, LLC is what your bank sees. It isn't a charge from someone else. If you don't recognise it, email hello@dealcommish.com before disputing it, and we'll sort it out faster than your bank can.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. Changes never reduce a founding member's discount or refund rights for a payment already made.
