DealCommish is run by Bramblebee Studio LLC, a limited liability company in Ohio, United States. We're the ones responsible for the details below, and hello@dealcommish.com reaches us.

Your deal data stays with you

The free calculator reads your Pipedrive export in your browser. The file and the deals in it are never sent to us or anyone else.

What we collect

• When you join the launch list: your email, where you signed up (for example the calculator or the home page), and any optional answers you give (team size, how you calculate commissions today, and whether you'd pay the price shown).
• When you download from the calculator: the same as above, plus your quota and tier settings and how many deals and reps were in the file. Never the deals themselves, names or amounts.
• When you tell us the numbers look wrong: your note, your email if you give one, and the same settings, counts and the column names from your file. Never the deals themselves.
• When a file won't import: an anonymous report with what went wrong, your file's column headings and how many rows it had. No email, and nothing from inside the rows.
• When you reserve a founding spot: you're handed over to Stripe, Inc., which takes the payment as the merchant of record under the name Link, LLC. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us, and so does whatever else it needs for tax and fraud checks — that part is Stripe's collection, under its own privacy policy, not ours. What comes back to us is your name, your email and the amount paid, and we record that you're a founding member next to your launch-list entry.
• Technical details: your browser type, saved with your signup, your feedback or an import report to help us spot spam and reproduce problems.

How we use it

To email you about DealCommish and to understand what people need from it. We don't sell or share your details, except with the services that run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and the signup database) and Stripe (payments, as merchant of record).

Cookies and storage

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. The calculator stores one setting in your browser so you don't have to enter your email again for later downloads.

Deleting your details

Email hello@dealcommish.com and we'll delete everything we hold about you. Every email we send also has an unsubscribe link.
